Harland Property Group recently provided a great review of our services which we would like to share with potential clients. It can be viewed on our Houzz page and highlights the reasons for using experienced residential Architects, including the fact that good design and documentation can result in reduced costs. If drawings are clear and well-resolved there is less uncertainty and less risk for the Builder and suppliers so prices aren’t inflated to cover for this.
Focus Architecture designed two custom dwellings for our development under challenging conditions. The lots were small and irregular in shape. The success of the development was highly dependent on a creative, ‘outside of the square’ design solution. Focus came up with impressive designs that incorporated functional and clever use of space without compromising other elements of the design brief. The builders who reviewed the plans commented on the quality of design documentation and creative use of space. We look forward to working with Focus on our next project and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to others.
